Make A Difference - Join The Boneshaker Books Skeleton Crew

Like what we're doing here? Consider joining our Skeleton Crew to show your support. Donate $250 or more and Boneshaker Books will carry your favorite book in our permanent collection forever. That's right- we won't let it go out of stock, ever! By joining our Skeleton Crew you have the opportunity to not only support Boneshaker Books, but also make a contribution to your fellow community members.

Our Skeleton Crew books have their own special display in the main room of our store. This ensures that every community member sees your book in the store and increases the opportunity for others to enjoy the book that inspired you, changed you life, or entertained you more than any other book! Skeleton Crew membership is one of the most successful tools Boneshaker Books has found in helping to fulfill our mission statement. Real conversations are sparked by this collection! We have found that folks want to see what it is about that particular book that motivated someone to donate to ensure it's survival.

  • Skeleton Crew books represent our bestsellers in our fiction, graphic novels, magazines, science fiction and children's sections.
  • We have 30 Skeleton Crew members whose contributions provided over half of Boneshaker's total fundraising goal in 2011.
  • Our Skeleton Crew books have been so diverse, this collection could be divided into 17 different sections!
  • Skeleton Crew members also have the opportunity to talk about their book on Boneshaker's website by writing a review or doing a podcast.
