You can find Sagirah's poems in literary journals such as Mizna, The Fem, For Harriet, Bluestem, Black Fox, Alyss, Paper Darts---and welded into three giant metal lanterns along Downtown Minneapolis' Nicollet Mall street in 2017.

Writing Circles: Words to LIght Our Way, a portable writing workshop by Wendy Brown-Báez is both memoir and inspirational guide for individual writers and writing instructors who work in institutions, non-profits, and community centers. It interweaves stories with practical advice on how to inspire writers who may not think of themselves as writers but have a story to tell.
